Liam Collette
Based out of Hong Kong, Liam is the Managing Director at the fast-growing and highly successful Bakehouse.
Liam spent 12 years at PizzaExpress and led the International business of c.100 sites across 10 markets, with a mix of owned and franchise. He launched new marand operated across the Middle East, Asia and Europe.

We work with brands to grow and enter new markets. That may be their first step to a fully owned second site or taking a successful brand into a new market as a franchise. Each step has its unique challenges and we can support minimising the risks.

In any case, we understand that in F&B that means keeping operations working so the food and service remain to standard while you try to grow.
